Createaibbw App — Privacy Policy

Plain English. No tricks. The short version: your chats are private, we don't sell your data, and you're in control.

  1. Who we areWe are Createaibbw App, operators of https://big-createaibbw.com. This policy explains what data we collect when you use our service, why we collect it, and what your rights are.
  2. What this policy coversThis policy covers our website, web app, mobile experiences, and any related services that link to or display this document.
  3. What we don't doWe don't sell your personal data. We don't share your private chats with advertisers. We don't train other models on your conversations.
  4. Account informationWhen you create an account we may collect your email address, a display name, an account password (hashed) and the date you joined.
  5. Chat contentYour conversations are stored privately on your account so the experience is consistent and the characters can "remember" you across sessions.
  6. Device and technical dataWe log basic device data (browser, OS, screen size, language) to help us debug issues and improve performance.
  7. Approximate locationWe may infer approximate country or region from your IP address for regional features and fraud prevention. We don't track precise location.
  8. Payment dataIf you buy something, payment data is handled by certified third-party processors (e.g. Stripe). We never see or store full card numbers.
  9. Cookies and similar techWe use cookies and similar tech for essential features (login, preferences), analytics and limited marketing. You control this from the cookie banner.
  10. AnalyticsWe use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages and features are useful. Where possible, data is aggregated and pseudonymous.
  11. Marketing communicationsIf you opt in, we may send occasional product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
  12. ChildrenOur service is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. If you are under 18, please do not use Createaibbw App. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
  13. Legal bases (GDPR)We process data under the bases of contract (running the service you asked for), legitimate interest (security, anti-fraud), consent (marketing, optional cookies) and legal obligation.
  14. Data sharing with service providersWe share data with vetted providers (hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics) strictly to operate the service.
  15. No data salesWe do not sell or rent personal information to third parties. Full stop.
  16. International transfersWhere data is transferred internationally, we rely on adequate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent measures.
  17. SecurityWe use industry-standard security: encryption in transit, encryption at rest, hashed credentials, regular reviews and limited internal access on a need-to-know basis.
  18. Data retentionWe keep account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterwards for legal and security reasons.
  19. Account deletionYou can delete your account at any time from settings or by emailing us. Deletion removes your profile and chat history within the time allowed by law.
  20. Your rightsDepending on your region, you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, object to or delete your personal data.
  21. Right to portabilityYou can request a copy of your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  22. Right to objectYou can object to certain processing, such as profiling for direct marketing.

  24. Response timeWe aim to respond within 30 days, faster where possible. Complex requests may take a little longer; we'll keep you posted.
  25. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)California residents have additional rights, including the right to know, the right to delete and the right to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" (we don't do either).
  26. EU/EEA and UK residentsYou have rights under GDPR and the UK GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
  27. Brazil (LGPD)Brazilian users have rights under the LGPD comparable to GDPR. Contact us to exercise them.
  28. Automated decisionsWe do not use personal data to make legal or similarly significant decisions about you automatically.
  29. Cookies you can controlEssential cookies are required to run the service. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional and managed via the cookie banner.
  30. Third-party linksOur site may link to third-party services. Their privacy practices are their own; we encourage you to review them.
  31. Push notifications and emailYou control marketing email and any push messages from your account preferences.
